The Singapore laboratories are located at the National University of Singapore, a major site of LipidProfiles. In Singapore our specific aims are to spur the development of novel tools for lipidomics research. We plan to:
- Substantially enhance our analytical capabilities in biochemical lipidomics
- Engineer research tools such as anti-lipid antibodies and affinity probes
- Develop informatics and advance search algorithms for knowledge discovery
We currently maintain six mass spectrometry systems dedicated to lipid analysis in our Singapore labs.
